I was rebuilding a bike that is 20 years old and the one that I road both ways on Highway 1 in Calif and PCH and also on a cross-country trip back to Texas. After about 10K miles things need to be fixed and I couldn’t get any shops in Austin Texas to even look into a metric bike. I looked for about nine weeks till a very nice guy at a local hardware store mentioned SmallParts, Inc. Well I only needed 36 6mm balls and they had them! Only place in the USA I could find them w/o needing to place an order for 1000 or more. Very nice people and 2 day shipped them to me after accidentally sending the wrong ones!!! Over the top customer service and plan to keep them at the top of my rolodex
